I began posting videos on YouTube in 2011. Most of these were reviews of Doctor Who merchandise, but in 2012 I decided to branch out into making my own original Doctor Who episodes using action figures. This was a great creative outlet for me and was the start of my interest in media production.

My channel started it's life as 'bowtiesarecool100', which is where I uploaded my 5-7 minute long original episodes. I released 5 episodes between September and October of that year and labelled this 'Series 1'. Despite being a small channel with very little exposure or views, I was extremely proud of the series and thoroughly enjoyed writing, producing and editing my own stories.

The next series of stories quickly followed later that year and now, aged 20 and 8 years on, I have released 6 series consisting of 52 episodes overall. I have combined my interests and hobbies and paid homage to the great influencers in my developing media career. Although 'bowtiesarecool100' has evolved into 'JAW Productions', and the quality of videos and production with it, my passions and interests have remained the same throughout.

Without my YouTube channel, I would not be where I am today, in a position where I can offer my skills to others and be pursuing a career in the industry.
